5 Ingredient Chili

Don't worry even with only 5 ingredients this dish is full of flavor that your family and friends will line up for.

1 lb ground beef (you can use ground pork)

1 can Rotel (mild or hot)

1 small can tomato paste

1 can chili beans in sauce

1 pack .5oz or 1 tbls Cowboy Rub

Cook meat until done, drain excess fat and return to pan mixing with cowboy rub. In crock-pot add Rotel, tomato paste, and beans and heat on low mixing well to blend and smooth chili. Add seasoned meat and cook for 1 hr. Set up toppings bar with chopped onion, cheese, sour crean and jalapenos. Take it to the next level by adding flavored crackers to please everyone's taste buds.
