Cinco de Mayo Quick Steak Tacos

We turned up the flavor on steak night with this easy 6 ingredient recipe that will leave your guest asking for more.

Family Pack Steaks (Ribeyes, Skirt or Flank works best)

Allegro Soy Lime marinade

Thriller Rub

1 white onion sliced

2 green bell pepper cut length wise

2 tomatoes sliced

Place steaks into a medium ziplock bag and coat with marinade, let sit for 30mins to 1 hr. Prep the Onion, Bell Pepper and Tomato by slicing them and placing them in a ziplock coating them lightly with marinade. Remove the steak and place on baking sheet, lightly dab with paper towel to remove excess moisture, then coat both sides with thrill rub. 

Get your Grill set up for direct heat, place steaks over high heat 1 1/2 mins to 2 1/2 min per side and remove to pan to rest. (coat the grill with non-stick spray to prevent veggies from sticking) Place veggies evenly across grates and cook until lightly charred, then flip and repeat. Create a serving board by over lapping steaks to one side then layering the veggies. Have your guest mouth water as they watch you slice the steak thin and build the epic taco right in front of them.....Enjoy
