Pulled Pork Tot-tadas

This is not your average school tater tots, these Thriller seasoned tots are baked then topped with goodness. Super easy way to spice up lunch or dinner. 

2lb frozen tater tots

1/2 pulled pork (leftovers)

Diced onion

Sliced Jalapeno

1 Can Gourmet Cheese 

1/2 Cup Salsa

1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese 

Chopped green onion

Following the direction on the package cook the frozen tots (usually 375 for 10-12 mins). While they cook place your pulled pork and Gourmet Cheese in separate pots and cook over medium heat until heated throughout (145F) stirring occasionally. Now the best part..... build it your way! We place a mound of cooked tots and top them with pulled pork, then drip the gourmet cheese to and let it flow down covering the goodness. We then top the mountain of yummy with diced onions, jalapenos, salsa, finishing with shredded cheese and green onion. How did you make yours?
