Nothing goes better with BBQ then Mac and Cheese, but we turned it up a notch adding blue carb to the mix. To add even more flavor we are cooking it on the smoker.

1/4 cup butter

2 cups Milk or heavy whipping cream

4 cups fiesta blend shredded cheese

2 tsp Griller All Purpose SPG

1lb Corkscrew pasta

Topping: 1 cup crushed Ritz Crackers

Cook pasta according to the instructions. In large pot melt butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted  add milk or heavy heavy whipping cream mixing well. Reduce heat to low and add Griller and cheese stirring until cheese is melted. Once noodles are al dente drain water using a colander and add them to the cheese mixture. Pour Mac in half sheet aluminum pan spreading evenly then dusting the top with crushed Ritz crackers. To cook prepare you grill or smoker for direct cooking at 325 degrees for more flavor add a few chunks of your favorite smoking wood (we prefer oak or hickory). Cook for 40 minutes or until you reach an internal temp of 165 degrees. If you like less grill flavor wrap pan with foil for the first 30 minutes.  Now let eat!
