This is an excellent mixture of spices (rub) for chicken and veggies. My favorite is to make 4 large vertical slices in a potato for inserting onion slices. Drizzle olive oil freely and sprinkle liberally with AP. Wrap in aluminum foil and grill on a wrack. If you turn them mid-way through (after 20 minutes) the oil and juices will run to the other side. really great potatoes! Should take 35-40 minutes.
I also like to grill large onions this way. Slice in half, cover with olive oil and sprinkle AP on both sides. reassemble onion, wrap in foil and grill on a wrack for at least 30 minutes.
